Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Data packs draw from your remaining balance and do not refresh monthly.

Connect computers and mobile devices at the same time as needed. Unlimited devices refers to the number of devices, not unlimited data; usage is still capped by your plan. When troubleshooting data usage, check background activity on other connected devices too.

Choose a route based on the service you want to access and your local network. Coverage does not guarantee that every route will work with every platform. Check route details and test the connection in your actual setup.

USRVPN uses bank-grade encryption. Keep your account password and subscription details secure. Connection protection does not replace the target platform's account security settings or regular device maintenance.
Support for Popular Platforms
Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscriptions through the user panel; sign-in is required to access subscriptions. The panel provides the steps for iOS. Read the Quick Start guide before installing.
AI Tools and Streaming
Choose international routes based on how you plan to use them. AI services and streaming platforms set their own regional policies, account eligibility and content rights. Plans do not include memberships or paid access to those platforms.
Support Tickets and Help Resources
Submit questions through the user panel and consult the help center and Quick Start guide. When describing an issue, include your device platform, selected region and error message. Never include your password or full subscription details in a ticket.

Before You Pay: Check the Plan and Billing Type

In the panel, first confirm whether you've selected a monthly plan or a data pack, then check the allowance and total due. The two options handle remaining data differently. Similar total allowances do not mean the same validity period.

Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT at checkout. Follow the payment details shown on the page; don't use recipient details from an old screenshot. For USDT, carefully check the transfer instructions at checkout rather than relying on past experience.

After Payment: Confirm the Status Before Getting Your Subscription

After paying, return to the panel to confirm the order status and plan details, then go to the downloads and subscriptions section. Installing a client and retrieving a subscription are separate next steps; a payment receipt cannot be imported into a client.

If the payment result doesn't match the status shown in the panel, keep your order details and payment receipt, then explain the issue in a support ticket. Avoid submitting the same order again before the status is confirmed. Before sharing a receipt, cover account details unrelated to the issue.

14-day refund policy

Understand the terms first, then test the service in your setup. Route performance depends on your local network, device settings and the service you're accessing.

Submit Refund Requests Through a User Panel Ticket

To request a refund, sign in to the panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order and your request. Check the ticket for updates and keep the order record handy to help verify payment and plan details. You don't need to share your password or subscription details to explain a refund request.

Read the full refund terms in the Terms of Service before submitting a request. The refund policy is separate from the account policies of other platforms. USRVPN plans don't include fees for external memberships or replace those platforms' refund processes.

How much do the plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB; other monthly plans are ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. Data packs never expire and remain valid until used.

How many devices can I use at once?

Unlimited devices can be connected simultaneously. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. There is no device limit, but data is capped by your plan, so keep an eye on your remaining balance.

How many days do I have to request a refund, and how?

14-day refund policy. Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request via a support ticket. Include the relevant order and your request, then check the ticket for updates. See the Terms of Service for the full refund terms.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are accepted. Sign in to the user panel, choose a plan and review your order, then select a payment method at checkout. After paying, return to the panel to check the order status and plan details.

Do data packs expire, and are they suitable for occasional use?

Data packs remain valid until used and never expire. They suit users with irregular usage who want to manage connections based on their remaining data. Unlike monthly plans, data packs do not reset each month, so used data is not replenished.
