USRVPN / QUICKSTART
Install a VPN Client and Import Your Subscription
Follow the steps in order, from the user panel to your client. If you already have an account or subscription, jump to the relevant step.
Create an Account and Save Your Login Details
First, open the account creation page in the USRVPN user panel. USRVPN does not require an email address; create an account with a username and password. Enter both as prompted, check your details, and submit. This account is for the user panel, where you can view plans, get your subscription, and submit support tickets. You do not need a separate account for each device.
Choose a password you do not reuse on other websites, and save it in a trusted password manager. Make a note of your username too, rather than relying on your browser’s current login session. The user panel and client are separate: signing in to the panel in your browser does not add server profiles to your desktop or mobile client. You will still need to import your subscription.
Once your account is created, follow the on-screen instructions to open the panel. If it does not open automatically, go to the sign-in page and use the details you saved. If sign-in fails, check your username, capitalization, and keyboard input. Avoid creating several accounts with similar names. Keep future orders and subscriptions under the same account so you can check your payment and plan status in one place.
You can take a moment to find the account overview, plans, client downloads, and support tickets in the panel. If you do not see a server list yet, there is no need to change your system’s network settings. Confirm your plan in the next step, then return to the account overview to get your subscription.
Choose a Plan and Check Your Order Status
Open the plans section in the user panel and first compare monthly subscriptions with data packages. Monthly subscriptions are suited to regular use, with data resetting monthly on the activation date. Data packages remain available until used and never expire, making them suitable for less predictable usage. Check the billing terms before comparing data allowances; price alone will not tell you which option is right for you.
USRVPN monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Browsing, extended video streaming, and downloading files use different amounts of data, so choose a plan that leaves room for your actual habits. Compare all prices and terms on the plans and pricing page.
Choose a plan, then follow the panel prompts to place your order. Before paying, double-check the plan name, amount, and billing terms. USRVPN accepts Alipay / WeChat / USDT; follow the payment steps shown on the order page. After payment, return to the panel and check your order and account overview. Closing the payment page does not confirm that your plan is active, and a page that has not refreshed is not a reason to submit the order again.
If your payment appears in your records but the panel status has not updated, refresh the order section or reopen the account overview, and check that you are signed in to the account used to place the order. If you still have questions, describe the order in a support ticket through the panel. Do not share your password or full subscription link. USRVPN offers a 14-day money-back guarantee; see the Terms of Service.
If you have a monthly subscription and want to change plans, an upgrade partway through the billing period converts the price difference into remaining days. Do not assume an upgrade automatically replenishes the data on your existing subscription. Check the result shown in the panel before continuing. Once your plan is confirmed, get the subscription for your client.
Get Your Subscription and Add It to Your Client
Return to the account overview in the user panel, confirm your plan status and available data, then find the subscription or import option. A subscription link lets your client retrieve and update server profiles; it is not an installer or a regular website link. Pasting it into a browser may display text or prompt a download, but that does not import it into your client.
If the panel offers an import option for your client, use it first. Your browser may ask whether to open an external app; check the app name before proceeding. If the client does not open, make sure it is installed and running. You can also copy the subscription link and add it manually in the client. There is no need to keep clicking between the two options.
When copying manually, use the panel’s copy option rather than selecting the link character by character. In your client, find an option such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Import from URL,” then paste the full link into the address field. Check for spaces at either end, line breaks, or a link that was not copied in full. Do not remove any parameters from the end of the link.
Treat your subscription link like an account credential and keep it private. Do not share it in discussion forums, shared documents, or screenshots, or paste it into an unfamiliar conversion website. If you contact support, provide the client name, operating system, error message, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. Before sharing a screenshot, hide the full subscription URL and account details.
After adding a subscription, the client usually needs to update or fetch it before the server list appears. If the fetch fails, return to the panel to check your plan status and confirm the link is complete, then review the specific client error. You have not reached the server selection step yet, so avoid changing the proxy mode, system DNS, and other network settings all at once. For more troubleshooting steps, visit the Help Center.
Install a Client and Import Your Subscription
Open the client downloads section in the panel and select the platform for your device. Clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux are available after you sign in; iOS is handled separately. Downloading a client and getting an active subscription are separate steps. The instructions below cover common platforms. Button labels may vary in the panel and client; this page does not provide direct download links to installers.
Windows: Add Your Subscription Before Connecting
Select Windows in the panel to get the USRVPN desktop client for your system. Follow the installer, then look for the configuration management or subscription option when you first launch the app. If the client opens on its connection screen but no servers are available, add a configuration first instead of repeatedly clicking Connect.
Return to the account overview and use the matching import option, or copy the subscription URL and add it in the client’s subscription manager. Save it, update the subscription, and check that server names appear. Then return to the connection screen and select a server. If the client offers both a system proxy and other network modes, follow the panel’s instructions and avoid enabling multiple tools that do the same thing. Once setup is complete, test access using the steps at the end of this guide.
macOS: Import Your Configuration and Follow System Prompts
Select macOS in the panel, download and install the USRVPN desktop client, and open the app using the standard macOS process. If macOS asks you to confirm the app’s source or allow network configuration, verify the app and download source before granting permission. You do not need to disable system-wide security protections to install it. If you are unsure about a prompt, note its wording and check the Help Center.
In the client, add the link from the panel in the subscription or configuration manager, then save and update it. You can also use the matching app import option in the panel; confirm that your browser is opening the installed client. Once the server list appears, select a server and connect. If macOS then requests permission for a network extension or VPN configuration, follow the prompt and check the client status. For details about permissions, see our guide to macOS installation and permissions. There is no need to reinstall the app at this step.
Android: Fetch Your Subscription, Then Allow the Connection
Select Android in the panel to get the USRVPN mobile client. When you open the installer, Android may ask you to allow installation from this source. Verify that the file came from the panel, then follow the system prompts. Once installed, open the client and find the subscription, configuration, or add option. Paste in the full subscription link copied from the panel, save it, and update the subscription.
When the server list appears, select a server and connect. Android usually asks you to confirm the VPN connection; review the prompt and allow this configuration. After connecting, keep the app open to test access before switching to your usual apps. If the connection drops only when the app goes into the background, check the device’s battery and background activity settings for the client instead of creating a new subscription. Menu names vary by device and system version. For more help, see connection and troubleshooting help.
iOS: Get and Import Your Configuration Through the Panel
Select iOS in the panel and follow the download option shown there. The panel handles eligibility and download access for the iOS client. If it displays a prompt, check your plan status as instructed. Do not use an installer for another platform on iOS or choose a similarly named app from search results as a substitute.
After installing the iOS client provided through the panel, return to the account overview and use the matching import option, or add the link manually in the client’s subscription or configuration manager. If the app asks to add a configuration, verify its source and continue, then update the subscription. The first time you connect, iOS may ask to add a VPN configuration; follow the system confirmation steps. This permission is separate from signing in to the panel in a browser. Once the server list appears, select a server, connect, and open the app you want to use to test access.
Other Devices and Subscription Updates
USRVPN also supports Linux, with downloads available in the user panel. Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited devices connected at the same time. Each device needs its own client installation and subscription import. Unlimited devices does not mean each one gets a separate plan data allowance.
When server configurations are updated in the panel, use the client’s existing subscription update option rather than deleting and re-adding the configuration each time. To set up another device, sign in to the panel on that device and get the subscription there. This is easier to manage than keeping the link in chat history.
Connect to a Server and Test Access
After updating your subscription, select a server from the client’s list and turn on the connection. Choose one based on the destination service’s regional requirements and your usual activities. See the server locations page for details about regions and server types. For your first test, stay on the same server. Switching servers while a page is loading makes it harder to identify whether the issue is with the configuration, network, or destination service.
A connected status in the client confirms that a connection has been established, but you still need to test access. Open the website or app you plan to use and check that pages load fully, sign-in works, and you can complete tasks without interruption. Refresh pages that were already open so you do not mistake cached content for a result from the new connection.
If a destination service opens but sign-in fails, note the exact message it displays. The client connection cannot resolve account eligibility, regional policies, or additional verification required by the service itself. When using AI tools, check web access, account sign-in, and response generation separately. The AI access guide covers these distinctions and developer settings; this page focuses on basic connectivity.
If nothing loads, first make sure the device itself has a working internet connection. Then check that the subscription loaded successfully, a server is selected, and the client is connected. If only one app is affected, check whether the client’s proxy mode covers it. Change one setting at a time and test again. Avoid reinstalling, switching servers, and changing system settings all at once.
To try another server, return to the client, choose one that meets the destination’s regional requirements, and repeat the same access test. Judge it by whether you can complete the task, not just by the status indicator. Streaming availability also depends on the platform’s regional checks and account requirements; connecting through a server in a particular region does not guarantee access to all content from that region.
Once access works, keep the current configuration and open the client to connect for everyday use. USRVPN uses bank-grade encryption, but you should still safeguard your local account, subscription link, and destination website login separately. If you cannot identify the issue, submit a ticket through the user panel with your system, client, error message, and steps already tried. For common issues, check the Help Center first; there is no need to repeat the entire setup process.
